The following « Terms and Conditions of Sale » describes the rules bounded to Zetamix.com (the “online shop”) and condition of purchase of goods provided by Nanoe on the online website.
In this document the following words shall have the following meanings
“Online shop”: is Nanoe’s online shop zetamix.com where goods are presented and sold to the buyer.
“Order” means the sales contract concluded between NANOE and the buyer of the NANOE online shop.
“Buyer” means the person who accepts a quotation of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller.
“Goods” means the articles to be supplied to the Buyer by the Seller
“Product sheet” means all the information provided by NANOE on the online shop about goods.
“Transaction “means all the operations the secure processing and agreement related with the payment of the price of goods ordered by credit card.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale aims at defining conditions that Nanoe’s good are sold to the buyer.
The buyer must be aware of these condition and term of sale and must accept it fully when he/she order a Nanoe’s product. These condition and term of sale govern contractual relation between Nanoe and the buyer, both accept it fully.
Goods presented by Nanoe to the buyer are available or under a delay indicated by Nanoe. However, all the goods providing by Nanoe are not necessary providing on the online shop.
Automatic recording system is considered as a proof of the object, the content and the date of the order.
NANOE will send an e-mail to the buyer in order to confirm the order thanks to the email address the consumer would have communicated on the online shop. The sale transaction is concluded by the sending of this confirmation e-mail.
Nanoe shall be entitled to refused or canceled an order in particular in the case of insolvency, in the case of a payment default or in the case of a ligation due to an anterior payment default.
The buyer is responsible of the information given to Nanoe. Nanoe is not responsible of data capture errors in the formulation of the recipients shipping address of the order (name surname, billing address)
According L.121-20-2 article of the the French “code de la consommation”, the right of cancellation is not applicable for the supply of good which are likely to be deteriorate.
By confirming the order, you acknowledge and agree that every order on the online website is definitive and the right of cancellation is not applicable.
Orders that have been confirm and paid cannot be cancelled. No good can be exchanged or returned.
Prices are in euros
The prices indicated on the order confirmation website includes all taxes. This price includes the cost of the good, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of products, transport and commissioning costs as well as VAT (exclusively for France)
The invoice price is the one indicated on the order confirmation. The cost of product shall be made in cash via a method of payment present on the online shop (credit card or Paypal).
These term and condition of sale is subject to French law.
NANOE cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether it be material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or from an improper use of the goods sold.
Nanoe’s liability is bounded by the order amount and cannot be responsible for mistakes or omission which could remain despite of precaution taken in the product sheet creation. Before any juridical action, the buyer should look for an amicable solution.
Falling that, the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris is the only one institution qualified regardless of the shipping address.
In all cases NANOE cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the receiving country.
NANOE’s liability is systematically limited to the value of the Product in question determined on the date of its sale, without the possibility of recourse to the brand or the company producing the product.

A response will be provided between 48 to 72 hours.
The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory. This information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide information will result in the non-validation of the order.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL).
The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him, which he can exercise with KEOLIO. In addition, NANOE undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or with consideration, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
